HousePulse began with a simple idea: an inexpensive corporate mini PC should be able to understand an entire home without sending that home's data to somebody else's cloud.

We are building one private orchestration layer for smart-home state, utilities, internet, connected devices, and homelab health. It brings proven local tools together, watches for unusual behavior, and lets you ask the house what is happening in plain language.

The project is early and the promise is deliberately practical: serviceable hardware, local operation, clear documentation, and honest communication about what is ready now and what comes next.
